Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Adam Jones is expected to appeal his fine from the NFL. Jones was fined $35,000 by the league after he slammed Oakland Raiders rookie wide receiver Amari Cooper's head into his helmet in the Bengals-Raiders game last Sunday.
